Return Policy

Before packing and shipping them to you, we carefully inspect each and every component to ensure your peace of mind. However, we are aware that you may wish to alter your mind at any time and that there may be issues, such as sizing, that you will only be able to determine after receiving the products. As a result, we provide an easy exchange procedure to cover those scenarios. Please note the following in order to take advantage of this benefit:
 
  • Within 24 hours of receiving the package, send a picture of it to support@gaurvi.co or WhatsApp +91-9560436547. Within 24 hours of receiving the items, any concerns regarding defects, damages, or sizing must be raised; otherwise, they will not be considered.
  • Unopened items must be kept in their original packaging.
  • You have the option of returning the item or receiving a one-year store credit for future purchases. Items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers, or any other discount offers cannot be exchanged.
  • We will begin the exchange procedure as soon as you notify us and help you through it without hassle.
  • Items can only be picked up from the same address where they were shipped by default. If your address changes, please contact customer service. 
  • After you receive the product, our exchange policy is in effect for a period of 24 hours. Any cases of late notification or unreasonable demand will be handled at the company’s discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse to process those returns in order to prevent any misuse of this policy.
 
We only cover shipping costs for the first exchange. The following procedures must be followed by the customer for any subsequent exchanges on the same order:
 
  • Within 24 hours of receiving the items, notify customer service via Whatsapp or email at support@gaurvi.com. Within 5 working days, send the product back to our office at our expense and share a photo of the courier receipt with us so that we can track the order. The customer service representatives will provide the return address. The item must be in its original packaging with all coupons and tags. The customer must pay the shipping fee, which can range from Rs 100 to Rs 150 depending on their city.
  • We will only proceed with the subsequent exchange order if we receive the items in good condition and in their original packaging (the outer plastic cover is not required).
  • The customer has the option of returning the item or receiving store credit, which is only valid for one year. Items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers, or any other discount offers cannot be exchanged. Please be patient with the exchange process, as there may be a slight delay during the festive and holiday season or if the particular product is unavailable.
 
Every product includes specific information about it, such as its color, raw material, and size, among other things. We write it in a way that is very easy to read, and we tell all of our customers to read it before they place an order. However, we will process the exchange with the same or any other design of your choice if there is still a sizing issue upon receipt. It should be noted that the products cannot be customized in terms of color or size.
 
Items can only be returned for store credit or another item. We do not accept returns. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will either send you the new item or a store credit. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
 
On exchange products, there are no additional discounts available.
 
Only the original purchaser or the product can request a return or exchange for gifts.
